Sales Executives/Associates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (or equivalent work experience).
- With or without sales experience (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
- Willing to travel or fieldwork as needed.

Electrical/Mechanical Technicians
- Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical/vocational course.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in electrical or mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of equipment.
- Knowledge and/or background in Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (FDAS) and Fire Suppression Systems (FM200, NOVEC, Sprinklers, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site/field assignments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Willing to work flexible hours or on-call duty as required.

Welders
- Graduate of welding vocational/technical course or equivalent training.
- At least 1–2 years of welding experience, preferably in construction, piping, or fire protection projects.
- Skilled in SMAW, MIG, or TIG welding; welding certification is an advantage.
- Experience in fabrication and installation of fire protection systems such as sprinkler piping, pump headers, and pipe supports is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site/field assignments.
- Team player with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
